PACT Adoption Hub
The Adoption Hub helps companies put the PACT Methodology and
PACT-conformant data exchange into practice and make business decisions to accelerate decarbonization in the real world.
From implementing PACT to acting on the data
The Hub supports companies at two stages. The Implementation Program helps you learn how to implement PACT and get data flowing. The Use Case Forum helps you learn what to do with the result, turning product-level data into real decisions.
Implementation Program
Where companies learn how to start and scale PCF collection, from first product carbon footprint through to active, PACT-conformant data exchange with suppliers and customers. It combines structured onboarding, peer learning and hands-on support so members can move from calculation to real exchange and scale further.
Use Case Forum
Making product-level carbon data usable and decision-ready, within and between companies - from procurement to supplier engagement to regulatory reporting. Bringing together corporate implementers, solution providers, methodology experts, and consultancies.
Pilots are how PACT proves what works
Pilots are PACT's testing mechanism across every workstream - trying, testing, and iterating with real companies and real data before anything becomes a key PACT publication.

Adoption through Alliances
No company implements PACT in a vacuum - they also respond to other standards, methodologies and sector initiatives at the same time. PACT's value and real-world adoption lies in staying aligned with its partners and sector specific methodologies.
Why alignment matters for adoption
No single supply chain sits in one sector. When a company implements PACT but its supplier reports through an industry initiative, adoption only holds if the two are aligned. PACT is deliberately sector-agnostic and works to stay interoperable with adjacent initiatives, so that following PACT never means doing the work twice.
