A coalition, in practice
PACT is built in the open by its members, 88 of the largest multinationals in the world, across sectors and geographies. Focussed working groups deliver the work, resting on two advisory groups that form the foundation PACT is governed by.
Working groups are subject to change. They are open to PACT members, and each publishes its outputs — methodology guidance, use-case frameworks, regulatory mappings, and implementation support — freely to the ecosystem.

PACT connects the ecosystem rather than replacing it and is hosted by WBCSD, on a path toward independent governance as the infrastructure matures.
