PACT Technical Specifications V2

Everything a solution needs to become part of the PACT Network with detailed instructions on how to build your solution’s API to be able to exchange interoperably with other solution in the Network.

Please note: The version of the PACT Technical Specifications is related to PACT Methodology V2, which is now withdrawn. PACT Methodology V3, released 30 April 2025, shall be used for all new PCF calculations. PCFs calculated with PACT Methodology V2 prior to the release of V3 shall remain valid and may be used for three years from day of calculation unless otherwise requiring recalculation.
