Joy Massholder

Joy leads the development of the PACT Methodology.  She is particularly responsible for the PACT methodology improvements as well as alignment with industry initiatives. Prior to WBCSD, Joy developed tools to calculate the Shell Lubricant Supply Chain (LSC) and product level carbon footprint, and was the global lead for LSC sustainability quarterly reporting. She also worked at Fashion for Good where she set up the strategy, processes and managed all the environmental impact related workstreams with internal and external stakeholders. Joy has a master's degree in chemical engineering with a specialization in green and sustainable chemistry.
