Aneta Wierzynska

Aneta Wierzynska is Head of Strategy and Operations at PACT, the Partnership for Carbon Transparency under WBCSD. She brings 15+years of experience helping organizations across sectors set innovative strategies and translate them into action through mature enterprise risk management and control frameworks. She has worked with multilateral development banks, global health agencies, and enterprises of all sizes in carbon markets, tech, and electronics. In her previous role, she led strategic transformation to introduce innovative financing models.

Aneta specializes in operationalizing new organizational functions, managing complex partner-driven governance processes, and translating regulatory requirements into scalable operational frameworks. She architects verification and assurance systems that enable trust across value chains while designing control systems that align with results-based approaches. She holds a J.D. from NYU Law School and a B.A. in Economics, Politics, and Ethics from Yale University.
